Do you read my inbox or messages?
No. autoremind.ai only sends. Even reply detection works without it: each follow-up invites replies to a tracked address alongside yours, so we learn that someone answered without ever connecting to your inbox or reading a word of what they wrote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pause, edit, or cancel any reminder at any time. No reconfiguring, no lock-in.
What file types can I attach?
PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG, and XLSX are all supported. Perfect for invoices, contracts, and delivery receipts.
What channels do you support?
Gmail is where autoremind.ai is built to work: it sends from your own address, in the original thread, and reply detection only works here. Slack delivery is available too. Outlook and Microsoft Teams are not supported.
What do I get for free?

How many messages does one reminder send?

Which channels are supported right now?
Email, sent from your own Gmail account in the original thread, and Slack. Email reminders stop when the recipient replies. Slack has no reply detection, so you close a Slack reminder yourself once you get your answer. See all supported channels.
Does autoremind work with Outlook?
No. Email reminders go out from a Gmail account only today, so you need a Gmail or Google Workspace address to send them. Slack works alongside it.

Does autoremind.ai read my emails?
No. autoremind.ai uses send-only OAuth access and never reads your inbox. We use Google sign-in only for your name, email address, and profile photo. If you reference a specific email thread in a reminder, we access only that thread, nothing else. Replies are detected through a tracked reply-to address on each follow-up, so we learn that a reply arrived without reading it. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

OpenAI GPT models generate every reminder message. You describe your follow-up once in plain English and the AI writes up to four messages, from professional to firm to urgent, without templates. Your data is never used to train AI models; OpenAI only processes the text needed to write each message.
